1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Tendril app ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Tendril is a plant care tracking application that helps you manage watering, fertilising, and general care schedules for your plants. All core features are provided free of charge. Optional premium features ("Pro") are available via in-app purchase.

3. User Data

All plant data, photos, and care schedules are stored locally on your device. Tendril does not collect, transmit, or store your personal data on any external server. You are responsible for backing up your own data.

4. In-App Purchases

Pro features are available as either an annual subscription or a monthly subscription. Prices are displayed in the App before purchase. All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to their respective terms.

5. Refunds

Refund requests must be directed to Apple or Google, as they process all payments. Tendril does not handle payment processing directly.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, and content, is the property of the developer and is protected by copyright law. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Plant care advice provided by the App is for informational purposes only. Tendril is not responsible for the health or wellbeing of your plants.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the version number and prompt you to review and accept the updated terms within the App.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
